How we work – design Simplify

Clients email us their layout in CAD format along with detailed requirements.
We share a design style board, allowing clients to select their preferred interior style.
We provide transparent communication about our fees for the project.
Upon agreement, clients are required to pay 50% of the fees as an advance payment.

Based on the client’s requirements, we present three layout options (adhering to Vastu rules if necessary).
Clients have the freedom to finalize one option or combine elements from the three options.
We incorporate client feedback and input to finalize the layout.
The final layout is emailed to the client, and the remaining 50% payment is cleared.

Step 3 : Design

We begin the design phase based on the selected style from the style board and the project budget.
Detailed 2D and 3D designs are created, including ceiling design, electrification design, furniture detail drawings, and 3D visualization.
The complete design set is emailed to the client.
Our services typically end here, but any additional designs or drawings required by the client will be charged separately, with 100% advance payment.

We take pride in our 22 years of experience in the field, ensuring that clients receive quality designs and attention to detail. Layout designs are provided within 2 days after payment deposition, while detailed drawings, along with 3D designs, are delivered within 15 days after payment deposition.
